With the rapid development of manufacturing technology, the CNC machine toolsis becoming the mainstream equipment of modern machinery and manufacturingindustry. The maintenance work of the CNC machine tools is getting more and morecomplex and burdensome with the growth levels of complexity, automation andintelligence of its structure. It has important practical significance to make CNCmachine tools maintenance scheduling programs effectively and rapidly, reducing theimpact of production and maximizing the overall efficiency of enterprises. Themaintenance scheduling of CNC machine tools is taken as the research object in thispaper and the theories such as multi-objective particle swarm optimization, preference,maintenance scheduling, etc. are used. The model of CNC machine tools maintenancescheduling is built,and a case is also analyzed.The main work is as follows:(1)The fault knowledge of CNC machine tools maintenance scheduling is acquired.The data research of an enterprise is summarized to analysis the maintenance schedulingknowledge sources of CNC machine tools from three aspects: fault classification,common faults and the removing ways and maintenance work quota, which provides arich source of knowledge for maintenance scheduling decision of CNC machine tools.(2) The CNC machine tools maintenance scheduling model is established. Themaintenance scheduling of the enterprise’s CNC machine tools is taken as the researchobject. According to the actual production and the demand of improving the efficiencyof CNC machine tools, and fault repair knowledge of CNC machine tools, schedulingtheory and methods is applied integrally to construct the dual goal of CNC machinetools maintenance scheduling model based on time and cost. The workers skill levelfactor is added based on the previous maintenance scheduling problems to establish amore suitable model for the actual maintenance scheduling.(3) The CNC machine tools maintenance scheduling model algorithm isdetermined. According to the analysis of maintenance scheduling problem goals andconstraints, the preferred method of satisfactory solution based on a posterioripreference information is determined. Compared with the simulation results andexisting enterprise scarcity of maintenance scheduling method, a better optimizationresults are achieved, which provided a reliable basis for enterprises to select. (4) Design and implementation of maintenance scheduling decision support system.Used B/S architecture, based on Java programming language, Extjs4.0, Struts2,Hibernate, Spring, etc, the CNC machine tools maintenance scheduling decision supportsystem is developed. The main modules are machine tools basic informationmanagement, machine tools maintenance program information management, machinetools operating information management, machine tools fault maintenance knowledgemanagement, machine tools maintenance information management, maintenancescheduling program decision. etc.
