As a carrier of advanced manufacturing technology,CNC machine tools are complex mechatronics devices,which are essential in modern industry.The failure of CNC machine tools will have a serious impact on the production efficiency and quality of the enterprise.For the enterprise,not only should the failure be avoided,but also how to maintain it efficiently after the failure is also critical.Due to the characteristics of complex structure and changeable faults,enterprises lack scientific guidance in dealing with faults,which often leads to insufficient maintenance.Based on the above background,the fault analysis and maintenance technology of CNC machine tools based on the influence degree and similarity of the status of meta-action units were studied in this paper.The article contains the following aspects.(1)Research on the correlation of CNC machine tool faults established on the influence degree of meta-action unit state.Considering the complicated structure of CNC machine tools,the function-motion-action(FMA)decomposition model was used to decompose structurally CNC machine tools into meta-actions and its units.On this basis,according to the characteristics of the meta-action to complete the movement and power transmission of the CNC machine tool,a directed graph model of state influence of metaaction unit was constructed.Finally,the Page Rank algorithm was used to find out the meta-action unit that is highly related to the faulty meta-action unit.(2)Maintenance decision based on similarity of meta action units.The fuzzy matter-element method was used to identify the meta action units similar to the faulty meta-action unit from the whole machine.First of all,the comparative feature matrix of the meta-action unit was constructed.Secondly,standard fuzzy-matter elements and composite fuzzy-matter elements were set according to the comparison characteristics,then the superiority of each meta-action units was calculated.Finally,European-style closeness was used to indicate how similar each meta-action unit is to the faulty metaaction unit.In this way,a meta-action units highly similar to the faulty meta-action unit was found.(3)Failure Mode and Effects Analysis of meta-action.A kinematics equation for the output element of the meta-action was established,the abnormality of the parameter of the output element of the meta-action was defined as a fault.In this way,the failure mode and the cause of the failure can be strictly distinguished,and it is ensured that the analysis results include all failure modes.Then the cause of the failure was analyzed from the inside and outside of the meta-action unit,and they were classified and graded.Finally,according to the analysis results,the maintenance methods were given.
