Green manufacturing is the fundamental way to solve manufacturing problems ofenvironmental pollution, which is one of the key ways to implement environmentalpollution source control. Production process is composed of a series of processes, soresearch green technology to become the most basic aspects of enterprising greenmanufacturing technology for manufacturing, is an important part too. As the productionprocess of resource consumption and environmental impact plays an important role inresource consumption and environmental impact in manufacturing, welding technologyfor paper object, more in-depth study of its resources and environmental attributes, themain contents are:1. On the basis of the theoretical system of green manufacturing and weldingtechnology theory and research on environmental emissions, resource and environmentalattributes of the welding process is analyzed and combined study of existing indexsystem, the establishment of green manufacturing welding technology resources andenvironmental attributes system.2. The establishment of a new data collection methods, depending on the differentcollection characteristics of the data targets, by business research, the actualmeasurement and related calculations to obtain the data inventory tables for originalprocess resources and environmental attributes, data inventory table include: craftmaterial consumption, energy consumption and environmental impact of the underlyingdata. After the validity analysis and validation of the collected data, excludingunqualified data, after data validation, unified data dimension and data types, to establishthe evaluation index system and data lists of welding process’ resources and environmentattributes.3. Select the AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, the evaluation index is calculated。4. Implementation of parameter optimization for the specific indicators, combinedwith national environmental laws and regulations, the eventual establishment of weldingtechnology resources and environmental properties’ database, and describes the structure,function, technical support and system’s brief introduction of welding process’ resourcesand environmental properties’ database system, the establishment of a database system can provide support for the development life cycle assessment of electromechanicalproducts.Welding technology resources and environmental attributes, construction weldingdatabase to provide system support for the development of electromechanical product lifecycle assessment techniques. Research formed the basis of the database is an importanttechnical foundation for green manufacturing processes’ key technology and equipmentdeveloped, and play an important role for the promotion of green manufacturingprocesses’ key technology and equipment developed, hiding a huge indirect economicbenefits.
