The accidents which caused by improper storage of the civil explosives often take place in thelast few years. It has caused huge losses in human life and property and brought social panic aswell. Also, it becomes the serious threat to our daily life and social stability. Therefore, the greatattentions on the risk of storing the civil explosives have been paid by the researchers at home andabroad.We summarize the industry standards from the relative laws for storage of civil explosives.And analyze the hazards during the storage from the point of view of hazards identification.Comprehensive evaluation method of BZA–1was introduced so that we can evaluate the safetyof storage of two kinds of hazards identification. At last, Numerical simulation for the protectiveguard has been made during the storage of the civil explosives.The main content is as follows:1. The basic requests of storing civil explosive have been concluded as per the national safetystandards. Quantitative and qualitative analysis are used in the research of the security distance ofthe warehouse, fire control facilities, lightning-proof facilities, video monitoring facilities,protective barrier, safety management and in all directions.2. We also identify the hazards in storage of civil explosives and analyze the risks for storingthe first and second kinds of the hazards respectively. Some practical precautionary measure hasbeen advised to the enterprise.3. The method of risk evaluation for two kinds of hazards identification has been studied.Basing on the fuzzy mathematics, comprehensive evaluation method of BZA–1was introduced.We also evaluate the safety of storing the civil explosives so that the comprehensive evaluationmethod of BZA–1can proved to be significant by engineering projects.4. The explosion was simulated according to the characteristics of the explosion andsignificant. Under the circumstance of obstacle, it combines with the actual situation of thesafeguard of repository for the civil explosives, using numerical simulation softwareANSYS/LS-DYNA.The transmission law, shock pressure changes and the interaction withobstacles have been researched. The safety and necessity of protective barrier have been verified.
