The long distance oil pipeline construction, huge quantities, the use of large mechanical equipment type is complex, numerous, only a variety of large-scale equipment, powerful scheduling, cooperate with each other to play efficiency, in order to ensure the pipeline construction tasks are completed, the construction equipment management level, but also directly affects the efficiency and benefit of pipeline engineering.According to the construction points of pipeline engineering, line length, more wide, complex working environment, engineering equipment of many kinds, huge number of construction management characteristics of the difficulty, need to study a large construction equipment management system can meet the demand of project a gleam of pipeline construction management. The whole system consists of the monitoring center and the terminal equipment composition:realize the storage and management of equipment used to return information monitoring center, and the formation of the operation and maintenance of equipment maintenance archives; equipment management terminal for position information, the operation of equipment state information, illegal operation of information measurement and remote monitoring center, to achieve the statistics and management of construction equipment.Based on the actual demand of petroleum pipeline construction, this thesis makes full use of modern Internet conditions, the integrated technology of the Internet of things, the signal measuring technology, signal acquisition technology, RFID technology, satellite communication and navigation technology together, build a set for oil pipeline construction management of large construction equipment management system. Through the real-time running state, work location, construction equipment comprehensive loss (consumption), the operation procedure parameter monitoring and communication, to achieve identification, for all kinds of large-scale construction equipment management, positioning and control information interaction. Order to improve the efficiency and quality of pipeline construction, improve the management level of pipeline construction goal.
