| The phenomenon of unstructured dust emission is increasingly prominent with the speeding up of industrialization in China, which cause serious damage to the environment and human life. With the rapid expansion of China’s rapid development in the city, and the continuous increasing of industrialization under the interaction of many factors, the dust pollution problem has become the primary air pollutants of most Chinese cities. In recent years, the number of the haze weather of cities and days also are sharply rising, the sky Of cloudy, foggy, muddy is inconvenience to normal production and living activities.It has been proved that the dust has great harm to the economic and social development, serious impacts on people’s quality of work life by the disciplines of environmental science, epidemiolog and etc. The present situation of dust pollution to air environment can not meet the sustainable development requirements of social and economic. At present, the emission source of industrial unstructured dust mainly comes from the cement and steel industries.The unorganized emissions dust of the cement industry was researched in this text based on the study of domestic and foreign cement industry development and pollution control, Dalian onoda cement co., LTD was as the research object, the study mainly includes:(1) The research situation of non-union emissions accounting methods are expounded on the basis of the development status of China’s cement industry.(2) All kinds of calculation methods of the dust unorganized discharge are reviewed with the present situation of the dust unorganized discharge from cement industry in dalian.(3) The unorganized discharge of dust from cement enterprises is calculated using different methods and the calculated results are compared with the results of field monitoring, according to the new dry process cement production enterprise.(4) The weighting calculation method of the dust unorganized discharge is raised according to the analysis of the unorganized discharge dust from cement enterprises.This research will provide the reference method for the cement industry to account the unorganized discharge of dust, and provide technical support for environmental protection departments to administer by law... |
