Research Of Petrochemical Enterprises VOCs Emissions Detection And Accounting

At present,the atmospheric environment situation is very grim.With the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization process,gray haze has become one of the major problem of environmental pollution in most cities.Volatile organic compounds have photochemical activity,once be discharged to the atmosphere it can promote the formation of fine particulate matter and ozone through complex reactions,So It’s becoming more and more attention from society.Effective control of VOCs has become a Hot Issues in field of atmospheric environment at China.The sources of VOCs from refining enterprise can be divided into organized and unorganized emission source,emission source subdivided into 13 categories,including: Combustion flue gas emissions,emissions from process exhaust organized,process exhaust fugitive emissions,the release of solid materials handling and stockpiling,Machine production equipment such as pump,valve,flange of dynamic and static seal leakage,raw materials,semi-finished products,product storage and reconciliation process emissions,material \ product loading and unloading process emissions,wastewater gathering,Storage,disposal process emissions,cooling tower/circulating water cooling system leaks,accident discharge,sampling process emissions,abnormal state,torch emissions.This article mainly introduced the production equipment machine pump/valve/flange dynamic/static seal leakage,raw materials,semi-finished products,product storage and reconciliation process,Wastewater gathering/storage/disposal process and raw materials/products in the process of loading and unloading of VOCs emissions accounting methods,and select the most suitable accounting methods for the present situation of enterprise,accounting the emissions of VOCs emission sources in abnormal condition of the refining.According to the above calculation results,the enterprise emissions from large sources of key control links to each of the source term emissions affect the key focus on management direction,combined with corporate control status and production management level,to propose effectiveand feasible VOCs emission control measures.
