| With the rapid development of information technology, information construction is concerned by enterprises. As the basis of the national economy, coal energy industry has long been extensive managed, which is lagged behind other industries. China’s coal enterprise is lagging behind in management information technology, using the management information to improve their management model has become one of the urgent problems of China’s coal mining enterprises.This paper is based on a coal mine enterprise, we investigate this enterprise to field research, collect relevant material and study the business processes. Designing a management information system which can meets the requirements of enterprises to make the enterprise management systematically. Through the implementation of management system, the enterprise managers could make it more scientific, rational decision scheme. Consider the demand for coal mine safety management and limitations in research, the fault tree and Bayesian network theory are adopted. Combined with computer technology, we realize the analysis and warning for coal mine accident, exploring the deeply analysis method of root of coal mine accident. The specific work is as follows:This paper introduce manage business processes of the background companies, analysis the management needs, then design and realize the management information system. System analysis arid design work includes description of the organizational structure of its business functions, descriptions of business processes and data flow, designing of database, designing the framework of enterprise management information system and functional modules. The overall structure of the system uses three-layer structure of the B/S model, the development platform using the Microsoft Visual Studio2008and the database platform use SQL Server2005which has good flexibility and stability. The paper elaborated the key technologies in the system and important module. Consider the condition that the coal mine safety management lacking effective analysis methods and tools, we develop the fault tree analysis software in coal mine accidents management, which realized fault tree input, editing and computational analysis based on graphics support. Against the failure cases of the hydraulic support test, we conduct post analysis and pre-warning analysis of the failure event. |
