| After the study of oil field surface gathering pipeline network optimization related knowledge and the international latest research situation,i started the research of optimization algorithm which based on the characteristics of gas-liquid mixture transportation in this paper,and established the hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation model of delivery pipeline.In the process of research i mainly considered:the pressure and temperature drop in the process of the mixed delivery,the diameter of each gathering system pipeline,all levels of the station site and the total cost at the end of gathering system design life,etc.Oil Gathering System design work, which task is to optimize all the site’s location and well the scope of their jurisdiction with the knowing of various parameters such as oil well production and coordinate,and make sure all operating parameters of the entire pipeline gathering stations,the optimization Computing claims the pressure balanced, flow balance and operating pressure, temperature, etc. to meet the design requirements,the optimization objective function is to minimize the sum of operating cost and one-time construction investment. This article converted all the cost into the total cost at the end of gathering system design life, reduced cost as the objective function, put forward a more reasonable, more comprehensive economic model for optimal design of gathering system, through the comparative analysis to chose the optimal solution of the model.In addition, on the basis of the Visual Basic also compiled a set of optimal design software for Oil Gathering Pipeline Network.This software can not only calculate the pressure drop of two-phase flow in different conditions, but also can make single-phase fluid process calculation,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of engineering design and improve the accuracy and scientific,This software is also applied to various fields. |
