With the extensive development of water-flooding oilfield,there are many problems presented in the process of oil field.One of the most serious problems is fouling in gathering systems,which not only reduces the transmission capacity of the pipelines,increases the resistance in fluid flowing,reduces the efficiency of heat exchang and increases the heat loss of pipeline,but also causes corrosion cracking,reduces the service life of pipeline.Because of that,the cost of oil production would increase,severely influences the sustainable development of oilfield.Investigate lots of document literature,study the progress of monitoring platform domestic and overseas,analyse their merit and demerit;construct the dynamic platform for monitoring the fouling,select the equipments for platform,optimize the experiment progress,raise computation model combined with monitoring platform,design a set of standard operation procedures,carry out the experiments.Check the stability and veracity of dynamic platform for monitoring the fouling through the tests.Confirme the major factors influencing the fouling:fluid flow rate,fluid temperature,pressure,pipeline temperature and pH value,raise the affect theory of single factor.Design a set of research project for ChangQing JiYuan Oilfield,raise the specific route chart,get status of the fouling in pipelines,collect the produced water and fouling substances,determine their chemical composition,which belong to carbonate fouling and sulfate fouling.Evaluate the fouling in different layers of produced water,filter the best and the worst conditions.Research the apply for anti-fouling in mixed-transportation.
