Thus it can be seen that survey the quality situation of Nanping City Blockboard product and analysis the control pathway of product quality will improve blockboard product quality, and it have signification to promote the healthy development of Nanping City Blockboard industry.By investigation of blockboard industry development, arrangement and product quality, the mean growth rate reach5.8%from2009to2013. Blockboard industry mainly distribute in Yanping, Shaowu, Jianyang and Jianou four places of Nanping city. Unqualified index of blockboard product in Nanping City concentrate in formaldehyde emission, bending strength, moisture content, bonding strength.Nanping City blockboard production process was analyzed, and quality control pathways of blockboard product were analyzed by two aspects of raw material control, production process control. Raw materials were controlled from veneer, adhesives and core quality. Production process were controlled from the coating process, the assembly process and hot-pressing process. Meanwhile, the detailed control ways were analyzed on unqualified index of blockboard product. By racking enterprise of unqualified blockboard product and combining with quality control pathway of blockboard product, the specific measures were put forward including controlling the moisture content of veneer, controlling the quality of urea-formaldehyde resin, adjusting the hot-pressing process etc.. The desired effect was achieved by comprehensive rectification of three ways, and the final product quality reached the national standard requirements: formaldehyde release of1.3mg/L, the transverse MOR of22.3MPa, moisture content of11.4%, bonding strength of0.93MPa. Through the investigation about the present situation blockboard product quality in Nanping and analyzing the product quality control pathway, feasible improvement measures are put forward.Thus, Nanping blockboard market competitiveness will be improve and sustainable development will be realized.
