Through the detection of time weighted averageexposure concentration, overrun multiple and dust free silica content of production dust, andthe analysis of steelmaking system workers physical examination from2010to2012in onesteel, two steel and three steel workshop of Fushun special steel steelmaking system, itshows that the dust management system optimization of Fushun special steel steelmakingsystem is reasonable and control results well. The main research results of this subject areobtained as follows:1. The remaining post contactdust overrun multiple were in line with the "workplace harmful factors occupation contactlimiting value of first parts: chemical harmful factors" of limits.Two steelmaking dust free silica content less than10%, belonging to the "dust"category, the CTWA value was1.28mg/m3, not to exceed the standard. The production ofdust CTWA value less than PC-TWA of each position in two steelmaking, all did not exceedthe standard. The fluorspar mixed dust (total) in feeding room actual transfinite fold was11.2, greater than the maximum overrun multiple, belong to exceed the standard.
