| Coal as main energy in our country, every production is very big, but because of imperfectof the early-warning system of coal mine safety or performance is not high, every yearbecause of mine gas explosion accident caused many casualties, so in order to ensure theunderground staff’s life safety and normal operation of mining companies, design a new typeof safety early warning system is imminent.The safety warning system in used today has a lotof problems, such as most large investment, complex wiring, maintenance difficulties and soon. According to the above problems, this paper designes a kind of mine gas monitoring andwarning system based on the ANT technology, the system can according to the different gasconcentration, for different levels of alarm, at the same time the system after extension, withthe exhaust ventilation, drainage borehole link up security measures.In the current domestic and foreign research based on learning technology, according tothe special environment and system of underground of the functional requirements, design asimulation of underground wireless sensor network consists of a central node and the threenode data acquisition. Data acquisition node is responsible for the data of mine gas collection,after collecting is sent back to the sink node, due to the underground to the ground distance isfar, so using multi hop communications and then send the data to the sink node, and then bythe sink node in the transmitted to the host computer.Data acquisition node is composed of ANT communication module, MSP430F149processor, KGS-20sensor, power supply module and so on. Give full consideration to thespecial underground environment factors, so the design of low power consumption, make thedata acquisition node in the normal working state, the lowest power consumption. PCsoftware was programmed by Visual Basic software, we can directly to three sensor nodesinthe state system were observed and the data will be collected and save functions. Finally, through debugging the software and hardware testing found that, the design can meet therequirements, can realize the function of data acquisition and transmission, multi alarm and beable to carry out different grades according to the different gas concentration. |
