| Landslides have been one of the major natural disasters that mankind is face with.There are landslides happening frequently in mining sites because of the geological environment of the ionadsorption rare earth and the particularity of the mining technology.In order to reduce their impacts on enterprises and the people around the mining area,it is necessary to conduct the design research of an online monitoring and forewarning system of the slope of rare earth mining.Now,domestic and international slope monitoring and forewarning research is developing rapidly,especially in wireless data transmission.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to introduce the wireless sensor network technology into the design and research of the online monitoring and forewarning system of the slope of rare earth mining.Firstly,this paper takes the slope of the rare earth mining field as the research object,and fully analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign slope monitoring and forewarning and slope safety monitoring technology,and some commonly used wireless sensor networks are compared and analyzed,and the system chooses ZigBee remote monitoring technology with high degree of automation.Meanwhile,the characteristics and advantages of ZigBee wireless sensor network technology are analyzed.In addition,according to the geological environment characteristics and the characteristics of mining technology of the ion-adsorption rare-earth in southern China,it roundly analyzes the mechanism of landslides in the slope of rare earth mining,and determines soil moisture,displacement of slope surface cracks for the monitoring and forewarning of the parameters for the design of the system.Secondly,it puts forward the overall design and construction of the online monitoring and forewarning system,and carries out research design from two parts of the system hardware and system software through the ZigBee development platform.The core processor module,terminal display,coordinator serial port,peripheral circuit and information acquisition terminal are designed respectively.The data acquisition,data processing and data transmission functions of the system are realized.Finally,the function modules of the online monitoring and forewarning system are debugged and run.In this paper,the experiments of the system wireless networking,real-time data acquisition,parameter alarm,data analysis and storage are described in detail.In addition,there are much detailed information of the whole system hardware design,software development,earlywarning and realization,which has certain reference value for carrying out the slope online monitoring and early warning research. |
