Mine shaft hoisting system charged with the important task of upgrading coaland it’s security level directly related to normal production of the entire mine.technology level of the of electrical control system low and,security technology isbackward in current days in our state.In recent years, system technology of minehoist control were upgrade in some domestic coal,but the result is notsatisfactory, there have been many security incidents.This subject is based onupgrade of the main shaft hoist control system,in-depth study of the electroniccontrol system security technology upgrade to in order to guide the upgrade ofelectronic control system of main shaft.According to the actual situation mine Hoist and how to smooth transit with theoriginal system, we designed twelve pulse of digital DC electrical speed control thehoist speed control system of electrical and control system program, refer to themature industrial technology,we determine the selection of the PLC-based controlsystem.From a variety of sources of danger on the electronic control system to identify, weestablish the safety tree model based on the various risk factors which wesummarized the that can lead to the failure of the hoist, using the method of uplinkand downlink law of electronic control systema qualitative analysis of risk factors,and functional design, the level of structure and people in three electronic controlsystem upgrade security measures.According to the security countermeasures,we designed electronic controlsystem upgrade in detail. First,we designed electrical control system based on theSIEMENS S7-400PLC and SIMOREG DC Master6RA70DC governor, digitalconsole and the electrical switching with old and new systems were designed. application of Siemens WinCC configuration software to design the monitoringsystem of the host computer, host computer system can real-time monitoring ofsystem status. Upgraded electronic control system automation level, full-featured,high level of security technology, to achieve the desired objectives, and achievedgood social and economic benefits.
