In mine production,the belt conveyor is an important transport equipment,application is very extensive,but due to the environmental conditions in haulage roadway,in the long running process,often have accidents,there is great potential accidents,such as longitudinal tearing wandering skid strip break fire,etc.,so the process of belt conveyor running across the board monitoring is very important.Traditional way of monitoring usually adopt manual inspection or installation fixed camera fixed-point monitoring,these two methods have some disadvantages: waste human inefficient artificial inspections,and bad conditions on personal safety threat;Fixed camera fixed-point monitoring scope is limited,need to be transported along the layout in a large number of camera,image not only switch monitoring of large amount of storage tasks,and wiring power maintenance task more difficult,inefficient.Reducing the labor intensity and labor risk reduction of workers has become an urgent problem for all units,and also an industry development trend.In addition,daily maintenance are limited by belt conveyor roadway size,installation maintenance required spare parts only by artificial to the point of failure,for large and long distance belt conveyor,the spare parts size and weight are larger,artificial is very difficult to transport over long distances,the intensity of labor is big Effective maintenance time is short,which leads to the maintenance efficiency is extremely low,greatly extend the fault belt conveyor.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of the workers' working environment and improve the efficiency of maintenance and maintenance of the belt conveyor is one of the important problems to be solved in the process of intelligent development of belt conveyor.The main work done by the author is as follows:(1)Complete the structure design and equipment selection of mechanical inspection equipment.Based on SolidWorks 3d modeling,ANSYS is used to analyze the finite element simulation of the driving mechanism.(3)Design of data acquisition system and control system.Rotary machinery inspection device according to the function of system software programs can be divided into four parts,respectively for audio and video control program checking device ontology walking control smoke temperature data collection and analysis procedures and data storage and transmission.(4)Complete use of downhole 4G wireless communication system to realize mechanization information transmission inspection device.Through setting the core in the area of mechanization of checking device running base station and substation,realizing a complete coverage of wireless network operation area,through mechanical inspection device with switch and wireless terminal and wireless network communication.(5)Completed the field commissioning test of the mechanized inspection unit.Based on the construction goal of longwanggou coal mine and the actual situation of the production of coal enterprises,this thesis discusses the method of safe and efficient inspection and overhaul of belt conveyor.This article mainly through to the belt conveyor the daily monitoring inspection repair mode analysis,using robot and repair cable technology,based on the digital mining technology,mechanization inspection device,designed belt conveyor effect is verified by an actual production,for fewer people longwang groove coal mine belt conveyor safety and efficient production purpose.
