For more hardness than Medium hard rock and hard rock, existing level3permissible emulsion explosive and level3water-gel explosive’s rock blasting energy is relatively inadequate. In their blasting operation,the blast hole utilization rate is low and rock drivage efficiency is low. It can’t satisfy the needs of the efficient construction of coal mines and coal mining. The explosion of the explosive energy level is higher and the ability for crushing the rock blasting is stronger during the blasting operations. The ability of Combustible gas and the ability of combustible dust’s ignition are strong, which the safety degree of the explosive gas is low. New type high power level3water gel explosive appear on the basis of guarantee the gas safety and increase the energy level of the explosive. It coordinate the coalmine permissible explosives between the explosive energy levels and the gas safety better. It will be a technological breakthrough that is improving the mine tunneling efficiency.In the study for the purpose of water-gel explosive at high power levels in the rock drivage in coal mine blasting effect, examining the explosive detonation parameters, work capacity and the contrast of explosive rock ability as the prerequisite, for high power level3water-gel explosive in rock drivage in coal mine blasting effect is analyzed.
