In order to improve the efficiency of rock drivage blasting and improve blasting effect,this paper takes " quasi-parallel cut blasting technology" as the foundation,application of blasting theory analyzes the process of the blasting rock drivage blasting area according to design principle,and according to rock rigidity coefficient of the explosive amount allocated to each area,in order to put forward to determine the theory formula of the blasting parameters;Through the investigation and research on the excavation site,a large number of typical successful cases were collected in different construction sites,and the BP neural network optimization model was built as the training sample,and the proposed formula was further optimized to improve the traditional blasting parameter determination method.Good blasting effect and economic index have been obtained by field test.It is proved that this paper can provide reliable reference for the design of blasting scheme for rock tunneling and has important application value.The research content and conclusions of this article mainly include the following aspects:(1)Analyze and study the cut way that affects the efficiency and blasting quality of rock tunneling,and conclude that the " quasi-parallel cutiing " method has a good blasting effect,and put forward a parameter determination method for the cut way;(2)According to the principle of explosive amount distribution,combined with the section shape,rock characteristics,hole position and blasting action,the theoretical formula and parameter determination method of rock tunnel blasting design are proposed;(3)Analyze and compare the directional fracture blasting technology,optimize the smooth blasting parameters,and design a joint slit charge package and air interval charging smooth blasting device to control the formation of roadway;The damage range of surrounding rock is well controlled,and the rate of hole marks is increased to an average of 94.33%,which truly realizes smooth blasting;(4)BP neural network system was used to construct the multi-input and multi-output optimization model,providing a method to optimize the design of blasting parameters such as hole depth,hole spacing and row spacing.The paper has 37 figures,18 tables and 62 references.
