| During the process of residents’ daily life and chemical production, pipeline is usually usedto transport poisonous and harmful gases. Pipe corrosion perforation, fittings, man-made factorsand so on often cause the poisonous and harmful gases leak from pipelines. Once the poisonousand harmful gases leaking into the air may cause sudden accident, such as Poisoning, fire,explosion, choking, which damages people’s health and property seriously.Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research progress on leakage andproliferation of gases. At the same time, this paper also studies the basic control equation of gasflow and jet theory. Secondly, this paper discussed the factors that affect gas leakage anddiffusion. The physical model was established by applying the Gambit software, then importingthe physical model to computational fluid mechanics software Fluent6.3.26to simulate theleakage and diffusion process of poisonous and harmful gas. This paper studies different factors(terrain, size of the leak hole, wind speed, leakage rate, obstacles, etc) on the impact of poisonousor harmful gases leakage and diffusion and analyzed the results. In addition, this paper alsosimulates the dynamic change of factory chlorine leakage danger zone and the gas leakage anddiffusion process in the kitchen when the natural gas hose falls off, then dealing with the resultsby using Tecplot. Finally, put forward the preliminary relief disposal scheme after poisonous andharmful gases leaked. This paper research makes security administration easy to master accidentconsequence and influence of poisonous and harmful gas leakage and provide a reference forcorresponding emergency measures.In this paper, the leakage and diffusion numerical simulation results of the poisonous andharmful gases are match with the leakage and diffusion theories. This proposed method providesan analytical thinking for gas leakage and diffusion. The analyzed laws provide the basis for thecrowd evacuation and emergency rescue. |
