Design On Monitoring System About The Leakage Of Petrochemical Enterprise Harmful Gases

Some measures are taken to detecting the leakage of Petrochemical Enterprise harmful gases, otherwise being caused damages, involve in property and lives. If we use Technical means to judge the leakage at the beginning, and immediately take measures to making it under control, then we can reduce property loss and save lives.This paper include and analysis the method of harmful gas leakage. A fixed type method for monitoring of measured gas, and data be transmitted by wireless to be designed in system. This paper also discussed Monitoring System about the leakage of Petrochemical Enterprise harmful gases (the main of CO、H2S、CH4and CL2), After analysis and compa--re some MCU,the PIC24FV32KA304is confirmed to be the main processor in system. The system include AD converter; data processor (compared、storage and coding) module and data transmitting. The remote signal can be transmitting by wireless module.vc++was used to development the data monitoring module and Sensor calibration module.The system is stability and easy to operate.After software and hardware tests, the result shows it can work well and meet monitoring the industry production requirement.
