In this paper, the Qingdao marine dumping area as the research object, through the influence of the dumping of the ecological environment of Qingdao ocean dumping sites and social economic analysis revealed the presence of dumping dredged material, the problems in the management, and puts forward the dumping of management strategies, and provide scientific basis for the management of marine dumping and the protection of the marine environment.This paper collects the dumping site and its surrounding waters since1986environmental survey data and the dumping of wastes at sea in Qingdao ocean data, because the data time span is big, the amount of data, first the original data according to the classification time, consolidation and by means of data analysis software for statistical analysis, evaluation of water quality, sediment quality by using single factor index method, evaluation method of biological using diversity index.This paper studies the Qingdao marine dumping area of dumping, dumping area and the surrounding features of social economic condition, environmental quality, dumping management status, analyzed the marine dumping influence on ecological environment, social and economic aspects, and focuses on the analysis of ocean dumping activities on the environmental impact of the dumping area and the surrounding area ocean water, sediment, marine biology, aquaculture, amphioxus nature reserve and other sensitive areas.Through comprehensive analysis, since Qingdao ocean dumping sites used for20years, marine dumping caused no significant impact on the environment or damage to the ecological environment of the ocean, but the ocean dumping of environmental impact to the sea is also an objective existence and potential, the amount of dumping and dumping operation mode is the key factor, ecological environment caused by the impact of the dumping, to establish a set of scientific, reasonable dumping management or system is a key problem to reduce the environmental impact of urgent dumping.Based on the characteristics and analysis of the results of the impact of marine dumping, in-depth understanding of domestic and international influence of marine dumping and dumping on the ecological environment management on the basis of practice, the dumping management laws and regulations, planning, management, monitoring, supervision and dredged material comprehensive utilization etc. to put forward a set of scientific, systematic dumping zone management strategies, with innovation and practicability, the research results have important practical significance to the sustainable development of the protection of the marine environment, marine economy, promote the development of marine resources in Qingdao city and the research achievements, at the same time, can also be used in China’s marine dumping management practice, it is helpful to improve the management efficiency of marine dumping.
