| With the development of economy and enhancement of comprehensive national strength, the market requirement of CNC machining centre is increasing recently. Several Chinese numerical control companies have already developed CNC machining centre in order to break foreign technology blockade, which enables them to achieve the peak of the key industry and to decrease the application cost. As the main functional part, CNC machining centre cannot manufacture parts with the identical dimension due to the manufacturing error. The tolerance on fit will occur when the dimensions vary within the range of tolerance. The presence of tolerance and deviation leads to the accuracy and strength varying when the parts are being loaded, which influences the reliability of the working base.A soft package, which aims to analyse the reliability problem of VMC650CNC machining centre in practical manufacture, is developed in this paper. Afterwards, parts with different dimensions are imported in ANSYS to be analysed in terms of reliability. Finally, the influence of manufacture error on product reliability is obtained, which provides the advice of improving the reliability. The main work is divided into four following parts.PART1:the parametric modelling of VMC650CNC machining centre. It is the fundamental of Finite Element Analysis. The function of this part includes:parametrical modelling of gears, worm and worm wheel, key shafts and bears and the unified management of all parameters and parts in configure files.PART2:secondary development of Pro/ENGINEER. This parts includes programming with Pro/TOOLKIT, regenerating of key driving model with imported parameters, and viewing the assembly and part drawing simultaneously.Part3is using ANSYS to analyse model analysis on the main part helical gears. The Probabilistic Design System (PDS) is employed to analyse the reliability and the sensitivity of reliability.Part4is the design of human-computer interface. The VC++is employed to achieve data importing and exporting interfaces. With that, the data can be imported into Pro/ENGINEER system automatically. The control of some key parameters of3D models and re-generation is achieved out of Pro/ENGINEER software. Meanwhile, the ANSYS software can be called directly via this interface, and to view the results of model analysis and reliability analysis. |
