So the research of this paper has very important significance of academic and practical.This topic originates from the participation Baoshan Steel Corporation Stretch-bending straightening machine of corrosion resistant plate’s production line. Considering the finishing equipment of strip steel---Stretch-bending Straightening Machine has no system design theory and depending on import seriously, conbining the large of average tension at the area of production practices, separately in the ideal elastic-plastic plane strain and the linear strengthening elastic-plastic plane strain supposition condition, considered the influence of random initial deficiency of strip(initial remaining stress), detailed analysis of the deformation in Stretch-bending Straightening.
