With the development of society and economy, there is a great improvement in people’sliving standard, at the same time further demand on the quality of life is required. Theproduction quality of food processing enterprises is closely related to the cleaning process.The development of equipment manufacturing industry makes the automatic degree of foodequipment continue to improve, mechanical post harvest food generally directly by the grainor grain processing plant acquisition, and the material may bring straw, leaves and otherimpurities. Based on the development of QFZ138×6-type cleaning-grading machine made byZhengzhou Xin Yuan Grain Machinery company a further design and analysis has been madeon the driving system.QFZ138×6-type cleaning-grading machine includes several main parts, under the frameon the screen box,drive system, circulation box etc.. The screen box hang on the rack by aglass rod, and the circulating bellow is on the screen box at the top, and driving system isinstalled in the middle of the screen box. Principle of plane rotary vibration using the device,the motor drives the belt wheel to rotate to generate vibration exciting force, so as to drive therotary vibration sieve box plane. The device can adapt different cleaning grade material, butwhen the material changed the cleaning efficiency can not meet our expectations, so a furtheranalysis will be made to solve the problem of single material used in QFZ138×6cleanclassifier on its drive system.This paper analyzes the basic principle of QFZ138×6type cleaning classifier and thegeneral structure, the driving device design theory, the stress of the drive system. Basd on theapplication of the cleaning soybean in this type of equipment to test the motor speed andemphasis on quality. Because of the driving device is arranged between the device screen box,the space is limited, with the emphasis on block may not design too big wheel vibration band.Through the Solidworks of the vibrating belt wheel3D modeling, on the existing equipmentconditions, using the ANSYS Workbench software verification vibration belt wheel strength,to find out the stress distribution. If there is insufficient strength or serious surplus problem tostructure design, a new one must be done and basd on the new structure design, again carrieson the finite element stress analysis, further optimization of vibration stress size wheel belt,until the perfect date.Due to the violent vibration in the stage of starting and stopping this equipment, whenthe material changes and the feeding are uneven, the vibration frequency will changeaccordingly and then carry out modal analysis. Then this study analyzes the revolving speed that whether it exceeds the minimum critical speed or not in the motor speed of the bestcleaning efficiency of soybean.Based on the data of soybean test, this study will set up emphasis on quality, structuresize and rotating speed as the initial value and take the related parameters of the design ofemphasis on block as variable values of optimal design. Then the optimal design is conductedwithin a certain variable values by ANSYS Workbench.
