| Dry sieving for wet fine grained coal is one of the difficult problems in coalproduction process in China. Severely pore blocking phenomenon, existing in thetraditional screening process of wet coal materials, causes the difficulty to achieveeffective effect on sieving wet fine grained materials. As sieving equipment whichmakes use of elastic screen deck to achieve flip-flow motion, the flip-flow screen hasremarkable characteristics of great acceleration at screen deck, no plug hole and highefficiency in sieving moist fine grained material. At present, the flip-flow screensoperating in China are mainly relied on imports with expensively price. Moreover,there exist the problems such as high energy dissipation and rapid damage ofvulnerable parts. Therefore, the design theory of flip-flow screen and dynamicalcharacteristics of screen deck were studied base on theoretical analysis and testingstudy. Meanwhile, a new type of concentrated driving flip-flow screen industrialmodel was developed to provide a reference basis for perfecting the design theory offlip-flow screen and reliable flip-flow screening equipment for dry sieving wet finegrained material. The main research results are as follows:Carried out theoretical analysis and test research for flip-flow screen designtheory and main design parameters, preliminary established flip-flow screen designtheory. For flip-flow screen drive system design principle, this paper analyzes thedesign inertia force fully balanced flip-flow screen drive mechanism design method.Two beams of adjacent between maximum distance, crank eccentricity parametersdesign, this paper analyses the principle and using flip-flow screen model machine isresearched, has been clear about the flip-flow sieve technological parameters and thekinematics parameters of the reasonable value range.Though comparing establishing dynamics analysis model of the screen deckbased on ANSYS with the model of the screen deck dynamics model based on theelastic compression bar model, it was proved to be reliable of the established screendeck dynamic analysis model. Finite element analysis of the surface materials offlip-flow screen and the load of the nonlinear characteristics.And conduct a study onthe influence mechanism of screen deck width and tension of the key processparameters on screen deck dynamics characteristic. The conclusion can provide thereference for designing high reliable flip-flop screen deck.To carry out research work on an new concentrated drive type of flip-flow screen. Design the concentrated drive type transmission mechanism, the screen boxsuspension mechanism, the half cylinder type of screen deck of support beamstructure and key parts.And to select and design the main parts, for example the motor,elastic screen and so on.Equivalent stress analysis of the mesh screen of different mesh support structurewas conducted by finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the mesh supportstructure was optimized design.After optimized, the support structure can reduce thescreen equivalent stress and improve the service life of the screen. Having developeda new centralized drive type of flip-flow screen industrial prototype with simplestructure, stable movement, low energy consumption, long life and so on, it canprovide reliable equipment support for wet fine grained material dry sieve. |
