Coal is essential mineral resources in our lives, it will be our main source ofenergy in the past, present and future. China is rich in coal resources, and total ranksthird in the world. However, due to geological conditions cause uneven distribution ofcoal. Data analysis on existing coal, sulfur coal accounted for20%of our total coalreserves, Caused by burning coal SO2, NOx, soot and acid rain on cities and miningenvironmental pollution is very serious Therefore, in order to make efficient use of coalresources and eliminate environmental pollution, we must to continue the developmentof advanced, high economic efficiency, taking into account environmentaldesulfurization of coal preparation technology.Test objects paper is king in Zibo City, Shandong Province Coal Mine, andselected Tian coal samples, coal nine coal samples and Lu village of coal samples forthe study. In the laboratory, mainly in magnetic separation, flotation tests, supplementedafter the first magnetic float and float after the first magnetic, to determine the optimumconditions for each of the coal sample magnetic separation, flotation.Tian coal ash21.11%, total sulfur4.25%, pyrite sulfur content of74.59%of thetotal sulfur. The best process for this coal sample is first crushed coal, then grinding,then using magnetic, floating joint approach, ultimately yield73.08%availability, sulfurcontent2.05%, ash10.01%of the coal, coal ash removal rate of65.02%, thedesulfurization rate of57.43%, the removal rate of65.12%pyritic sulfur.After nine coal samples for coal coal classification2mm sieve coal, ash content16.03%, total sulfur content of2.12%, belong to the high-sulfur coal, pyritic sulfuraccounted for54.25%. Under the best conditions for coal desulfurization ash flotationtests, eventually have to yield89.94%, sulfur content1.30%,8.26%of the coal ash, coaldesulfurization rate of44.32%, pyritic sulfur removal rate of57.43%, ash removal rateof50.90%.Lu Village coarse coal coal coal Lu village after processing by jigging, ash content5.22%, total sulphur content2.38%, pyrite sulfur accounted for48.32%. Experimentwith different coal preparation process, compare and select the best method for theflotation of coal preparation, ultimately yield89.26%, sulfur content1.78%,2.98%ofthe coal ash, coal desulfurization rate of33.80%, pyritic sulfur removal rate of53.83%,ash removal rate of49.14%.According to tests done by the following conclusions can be drawn, desulfurization effect of magnetic separation is better, but deliming less effective, good flotation de-asheffect, poor desulfurization effect. In order to simultaneously obtain relatively goodeffect desulphurization and de-ashing, test also uses maglev joint process, That is,depending on the nature of different coal samples, After using the first method ofmagnetic magnetic float or float after first, the final effect is better than single flotationor a single magnetic separation.
