| Combined with the real conditions after analyzing the current water environment and investing the causes of the pollution,this thesis has pointed out the main water problems of Yancheng, analyzed its causes and offered the possible treatments and countermeasures which should be taken. Main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the water resources the water environment conditions in detail,evaluate water environment present condition in Yancheng scientifically, investigate the pollution sources which cause the water polluted, and predict the trend of the changes of water environment.2. Pointed out that the water environment Yancheng main problems are:the city’s surface water has deteriorated, some deterioration of river water quality, urban river pollution is very serious, serious impact on the city’s landscape and environment; drinking water sources by a certain degree of pollution, of social stability and sustainable economic development may be adversely affected; In addition, serious water pollution in coastal waters. Find the existence of these problems can be attributed to the cause of five aspects:①serious industrial waste pollution;②city life growing load of water;③City wide agricultural pollution, a large amount of the lack of effective control;④Water pollution transport;⑤on visitors there are still more water pollution.3.
