This thesis is based on Heng jian mine2515face as the background. Heng jianmine as a consolidation, and at the same time is a mining has been a long time of a oldmine. A shortage of coal resources, mining strength, in order to extend the service lifeof mine, so how to improve the recovery rate of coal resources is always the focus onthe leadership of the group company and mine. Tend to stay between normal miningface roadway protection coal pillar in the section has8~15m, it caused great waste ofcoal resources, in order to recycle the segment protection coal pillar, group ofcompanies in this mine2515working face adopted along the empty left lane. Thesuccessful application of this technology not only makes the phenomenon of lowrecovery rate of coal resources is improved greatly, but also reduce the extent ofextraction roadway drivage of quantities, tunneling cost, etc., at the same time alsocan solve the problem of face take tension.In2515working face in special geological condition this topic put forward threekinds of schemes for.1) High water material in-situ gob: filling body width of2400mm,4200mmroadway through the reinforcement, reinforcement measures completely preserved.2)High water material semi-situ gob: filling body width is2400mm,4200mmroadway through the reinforcement, reinforcement measures retained2100mm wideroadway.3) High water material left lane along the coal wall: filling body width is2400mm, pouring along the next section of the coal wall filling body, and thenthrough the eyes filling body drifting way out the next section of the return airway.Program for the three program design, numerical simulation. Comprehensiveanalysis and comparison of programs restorations, roof, floor, coal to help the force,deformation, and then observe the effect of contrast left lane combined with practicalengineering needs, and ultimately determine the most ideal way to stay in lane. Andthrough the left lane industrial practice to detect the effect.
