This article mainly by the henan jiaozuo coal group Zhao Gu the engineering background of a mine 16011 face, aimed at the working face under the cut along the groove of the top pressure relief for the project, emphatically analyzed for pre-splitting cutting seam in the process of design, and has designed the numerical simulation carried out to verify the pre-splitting kerf width. Combined with the data of the PU monitoring system, the actual engineering effect of the design scheme was analyzed. This paper analyzes the above problems in terms of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice, and concludes the following main conclusions:(1) the traditional roadway is achieved through the use of wooden ricks, dense support on the roadway, and the filling of the rock and concrete.
