Research On Motor Vehicle Exhaust Test Regulation System Applied Technology

With the rapid development of economy in recent years, the number of motor vehicle grow rapidly in our country,as well as Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the development zone of motor vehicle pollution share rate increased year by year, as the capital city of Inner Mongolia, Hohhot not only has the most active economic, but also has a serious motor vehicle polluting problem. Until2012, the number of motor vehicles had reached580,033in Hohhot. Under these circumstances, it is necessary to set up a consummate vehicle exhaust testing regulation system. Based on research on Hohhot vehicle exhaust testing regulation system of using, this paper introduces the construction characteristics, the overall architecture of the systemand the system function, meanwhile take the practical regulation effect of Hohhot in 2012as an example, the motor vehicle and the ownership situation of Hohhot in2012was firmly grasped.We found the car is the main provider of total vehicle exhaust pollutant;The small passenger car is a major provider of CO and hydrocarbons.The heavy duty truck is a major provider of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. The conclusion of above is the Motor vehicle exhaust testing regulation system not only could help the municipal environmental protection departments to manage their business,but also could meet the city’s motor vehicle exhaust testing data.It provides effective data for motor vehicle exhaust testing management to support. And provides the reference for the other provinces and regions to establish the system.
