| At present,in the face of increasingly severe atmospheric pollution,the main source of air pollution from motor vehicle exhaust pollution is increasingly influencing our daily lives and work.However,our country’s legal regulation of the prevention and control of motor vehicle emissions Progress is still slow.Therefore,this article explores the current state of legal regulation of environmental pollution prevention caused by exhaust emissions from motor vehicles,and then finds many problems in the legal regulation of pollution prevention and control for motor vehicles,and finally proposes targeted legal countermeasures.This article is divided into three parts,the main content of which is:The first part defines the concept of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in China and analyzes the legal regulation of environmental pollution prevention and control.While clarifying the concept of motor vehicle exhaust pollution,the author also expounded the serious threat posed by the excessive emissions of motor vehicles to the ecological environment and human health.It shows that the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust gas is imminent and focuses on the analysis of China’s motor vehicle exhaust gas from the system.State of Legal Regulation of Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control.The second part further analyzes the problems faced by the legal regulations on the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in China,and further analyzes the various dilemmas in the legal,legal,and judicial aspects of China’s vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control.The third part puts forward some specific suggestions and countermeasures on the legal regulation of the exhaust pollution prevention and control of motor vehicles in China.Based on the in-depth study of the legal regulation of the vehicle exhaust pollution prevention in the previous section,this article proposes suggestions for improving the legal regulations related to the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in this section.First,the legal system for the prevention and control of vehicle exhaust pollution should be improved,and related systems should be improved.From the aspect of government supervision and administration of administrative law enforcement,the government should strengthen the supervision of law enforcement,clarify the law enforcement authority of the government in the real work,and finally provide judicial relief.Explore the establishment of China’s environmental administrative public interest litigation system,set up regional courts to link courts in the jurisdiction of environmental pollution cases. |
