In view of the large diameter steel pipe demand is big, and the present situation oflow efficiency of cutting, this paper of studies have developed a set of suitable formachining large diameter seamless steel tube of triaxial polar cutting machine, we canuse small blade to cut big diameter, and the machine have high cutting efficiency.In this paper, through the study of the whole cutting process, and puts forward thedesign thinking of double blade cutting at the same time, with two saw blade isdesigned and developed the radial feed of rotation axis and a broader market ofmechanical structure of the three-axis polar cutting machine, through the adoption ofbevel gear reducer, to ensure the blade into the organization in the market on therationality of the layout, the ball screw drive structure and the selection of linear guide,ensure the transmission accuracy of radial feed mechanism and movement accuracy; Inthis paper, using Pro/ENGINEER software for cutting system for3d modeling,component assembly, and under the Mechanism module to process the kinematicsimulation analysis; Saw blade is established mechanical model and mathematicalmodel of forced vibration, simulation analysis are carried out using Matlab simulationsoftware; Designed a three axis polar cutting machine control system, set up is givenpriority to with Siemens S7-300PLC controller, control three servo motor controlframework, developed the relevant control program, touch-screen control interface isdesigned.The triaxial polar cutting machine presented in this paper can improve theproduction efficiency, reduce the production cost and the technical requirements foroperators.
