| With the rapid development of the manufacturing, automated assembly technology and automated production line has been widely used in machinery manufacturing field, but the automated online testing of geometric tolerances developed slowly and became an important factor restricted the development, the number of axis parts with hole was about70%of the total number of parts,so the online testing of roundness error was particularly important.This article describes the research status of roundness error detection, error separation technology and on-line testing, and analysis and comparison the advantages and disadvantages of various error separation technique based on the detection, determined the four probe method to achieve roundness error online testing,from the departure of improving the detection accuracy and response speed, This paper focuses on the four-probe method between the angular distribution of the probe, to determine the optimal sampling points, matrix algorithm and convex hull algorithms roundness error online testing. This paper did the following work:1ã€Study four probe roundness error evaluation algorithm method to derive four-probe method of Fourier algorithm and matrix algorithms, and simulation analysis matrix algorithm four-point method, the simulation analysis shows that matrix algorithm can achieve good round error separation and get the eccentric motion errors, and easy to implement.2ã€Analysis the four probe method to measure the head angle on the distribution of roundness error, derive the impact of four-probe method of reading between the probe and the probe angle error of roundness error, get objective optimization function and the optimal solution using LINGO software, obtain the optimal angle under different harmonic order distribution, to provide a theoretical basis for measuring the distribution of head position.3ã€Study the effects of sampling points of the four probe method roundness error, analyse the effects of different sampling points on the outline of the reconstruction, to find the best method of determining the number of samples in the same condition, provide the best method of sampling points4ã€Use convex hull algorithms deleting irrelevant point, it can improve the detection efficiency of verification, shorten response time,solve the roundness error line detection problem by real-time response simulation.5ã€Test and verify the correctness of the matrix algorithm the convex hull algorithm to delete points, and the best method to determine points. |
