Bearing is an indispensable part of machinery and equipment.It is called "machine joint".With the continuous improvement of performance,the quality requirements of machinery and equipment for bearings are also increasing,which leads to bearing manufacturers’ high-efficiency and high-precision bearing quality.The demand for online detection technology is also becoming stronger and stronger.The roundness error and surface defect of the bearing are two important indicators in the bearing quality system.Therefore,the following research work has been carried out on the efficient online detection technology for the measurement of the roundness error of the bearing and the detection of the ring surface defect of the bearing.In the process of measuring the roundness error of the bearing,if the radial runout of the bearing rotation is not considered,the measured value of the roundness error of the bearing will be mixed with the rotation error of the measurement system,thereby greatly reducing the measurement accuracy of the roundness error of the bearing.This paper proposes a non-contact measurement method of bearing roundness error based on error separation technology.By using asymmetric three-step error separation technology to remove the rotation error of the measurement system,the measurement accuracy of bearing roundness error is improved.At the same time,this paper verified the effectiveness of the method through simulation calculations,built a measurement system,and completed the bearing roundness error measurement experiment.The results of the experiment and analysis show that the measurement method proposed in this paper can improve the measurement accuracy of the bearing roundness error.Aiming at the detection requirements of bearing ring outer surface defects,this paper uses a line array camera and its auxiliary motion mechanism to build a ring surface image acquisition system.This image acquisition system effectively overcomes the difficulties in image acquisition caused by the high curvature and strong reflectivity of the bearing surface.In order to effectively collect the image of the ring surface of the bearing,an image acquisition system is designed.Firstly,the image of the non-defective bearing surface is obtained and the wavelet transform is used to denoise,and the background template is established.Secondly,the difference between the preprocessed image to be detected and the background template is processed,and finally Defect identification is carried out through the double threshold method based on the background gray level correction,which can greatly improve the detection efficiency and reduce the missed detection rate.The bearing quality detection method proposed in this paper completes the bearing roundness error measurement and ring surface defect detection.Through experiments and analysis of the results,it shows that the proposed bearing roundness error measurement and surface defect detection method has high detection accuracy and efficiency,to meet the needs of enterprises in the roundness error measurement of bearing quality and surface defect detection.
