In recent years, people gradually realize that the lakes have an important position in the strategy of sustainable development of social economy, how to make rational use of lake water resources, how to protect the ecological environment of Lake region, how to improve the water quality of lakes and alleviate the lake eutrophication are the main work of the management of lakes, it is also a strong sustainable development. At the same time, with the continuous development of spatial visualization technology is perfect, it has unique characteristics, location of interaction, multi dimension and visual diversity essence, it applies to the evaluation of water quality to better reflect its uniqueness. The lake has the characteristics of time-varying, lake management requires real-time efficient use of dynamic data analysis of the water quality changes to effectively make decisions, and this integration will provide an effective platform and reliable technical support for water quality assessment department.Based on the project "LiangZi Lake survey information system development", it realizes the integrated application of GIS technology and water quality evaluation model in the evaluation and prediction of the change of platform Liangzi Lake water quality.This article first analyzes the present research situation of water quality assessment and visualization technology at home and abroad, and the water quality assessment indicators, trends and methods are described, which mainly expounds the factor evaluation method and comprehensive index assessment method. On this basis, the technical method and the GIS water quality evaluation of the combination, achieving water quality evaluation model and GIS, it discusses the advantages of this combined, using GIS technology to the evaluation of water quality information for visual display.Secondly, the article introduces the spatial information visualization technology, the technology of computer visualization technology and scientific combination, which has high processing ability on the maintenance of spatial data and attribute data, and powerful information retrieval function, it is important to study like spatial data with geographic location and spatial data have the time characteristics of visual data analysis, based on GIS the core technology on water quality evaluation results.Finally, using the Kriging interpolation to evaluate water quality prominent effect, this paper analyzes the Liangzi Lake data and obtains the evaluation results, the evaluation results are uploaded to the Liangzi Lake water quality survey information system database, after analyzing the data and classified, at last, it shows eventually results. In this paper, the GIS technology and the evaluation of water quality are combined together, making up the deficiency of water quality assessment in terms of visualization. This paper is in the field of some preliminary attempt, hope to further study to water quality protection technology for the later plays a certain role.
