In order to comprehensivly solve the problem of water environment that is now increasingly serious, give full play to the city in the river landscape features, make the river a pleasant environment to meet the needs of the people, comprehensive treatment of river management is the key.Application of the water environment model and water quality prediction model, the state of the environment and pollution of water analysis and forecast is an important basis for the analysis of the water environment.This paper through the establishment of water quality prediction model to simulation and analysis of river water quality and to visualize the results that can be directly and clearly demonstrated. It is provide the basis technical support for controling the dispersion of pollutants and playing its overall efficiency.In this paper, the project that "the study of water quality regulation and management of GIS-based project of the Qiantang River water into the city " as the basis. It can be used in the integrated application platform of GIS and water quality evaluation and prediction models.This article analyzes the water quality evaluation and prediction model for water quality assessment and early warning system status first.and then introduces methods that commonly used quality assessment model and water quality prediction model. In terms of water quality evaluation method focuses on the single factor index method,comprehensive index method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods. In terms of water quality prediction model, introduces the zero-dimensional water quality model, one-dimensional water quality model, two-dimensional water quality model and other commonly used water quality model.Secondly, the article describes the dynamic simulation based on GIS visualization technology that is the combination of the scientific visualization techniquesv and Geography technology. The technology is based on the study of spatial data and takes spatial database as the core, makes the model calculated data visualization.Finally, buliding a system of water quality evaluation based on GIS technology and change prediction, using single-factor quality evaluation method for water quality evaluation, using One-dimensional water quality model to achieve water quality prediction, establishing the color - data value table to Render the different water quality. It can well meet the water quality assessment,water quality analysis and functional requirements change projections. The integration of GIS technology and water quality model can make up the deficiency for the water quality model in scientific visualization. This research is a preliminary attempt in quality evaluation and change forecast system which has some reference It also has played a fundamental role for early warning and forecast future water quality further research technology.
