Foil stamping machine is a kind of machinery for post-press finishing. It’s usedto transfer the all sorts of colour from the electrochemical aluminum membrane to thesurface of card papers、corrugated paper and PVC membrane etc. This transferingfunction is called foil stamping. The quality of foil stamping depends on two mainfactor: temperature and pressure. This article takes the1050size series foil stampingmachine which is manufactured by Shanghai YAWA printing machinery Co.Ltd asresearch objects,studies the temperature distribution regularities of the electric hotplate and finds out the best style of the electric hot plate.This article firstly uses the heat transfer theory and finite element method tosimulate the working condition of the electric hot plate’s temperature field andanalyse the distribution rule. Then create the mathematical model of the electric hotplate structure, determine some factor which maybe influences the temperature fielduniformity of the electric hot plate, founds out the main factor by simulating variouskinds of working condition and analyzing numerical value, ensure the best structureof the electric hot plate by taking main factor as the criterion. Finally modify theelectric hot plate on the basis of the analysis conclusion and verify the theoreticalmodel by means of experience. The experimental results show that the simulationmodel is basically accordant with the rule of the experiment result.This article is beneficial to the research of temperature field of the foil stampingmachine’s electric hot plate and provides an effective method for the design ofcongeneric Product.
