| Cooling-Mica polyamide filament which is formed by adding mica in the process ofpolyamide fiber spinning is different from the traditional fiber. The cool polyamide filamentknitted fabric is a polyamide modified filament which could keep cool feeling for a long timebecause the mica has good thermal conductivity, water absorption and other special function by itsnatural layered structure.Currently, researches on performances of the cooling-mica polyamide filament and itsproducts are still in the early stages. This paper is devoted to study the performances of thiscooling-mica polyamide filament as well as knitted fabrics and explore the unique properties ofcooling-mica polyamide filament in order to develop a series of cooling-mica polyamide filamentknitted products with outstanding performances and high cost-effective. It is hoped this paper canprovide some references for related researchers.First of all, this paper systematically researched and analyzed the basic performance ofcooling-mica filament inc luding the surface morphology, the distribution of the mica, thehygroscopic properties, the mechanical properties and mechanical properties, friction propertiesand the acid and alkali resistance of the cooling-mica polyamide filament. The cooling-micafilament whose fineness is70D is pure spinning mixed the mica and nylon filament.Secondly, based on the above research, cool polyamide filament knitted fabrics weredesigned and manufactured on the circular knitting machine. And the dens ity, the thickness, thegrammage and the shrinkage of the fabric are also tested. We know that cooling-mica polyamidefilament is suited to exploit knitted fabric.Thirdly, dyeing process of the cool polyamide filament knitted fabrics were given in thispaper. In the dyeing experiments, acid dyes was used to dye cooling-mica polyamide filamentknitted fabrics after the pretreatment. Dye-uptake and K/S value were assessmentcriteria, theinfluence of the dyeing temperature, pH value, the dosage of dyeingcarrier and the dyeing time on dyeing effects were analyzed with the single factor analytic method, then optimized the dyeingtechnology with orthogonal analytic method, and finally got the optimal dyeing technology, that isacid dyes Red N-2RBL0.31%(o.w.f), Blue N-BLN1.2%(o.w.f), NAVY S-DNL3%(o.w.f),peregal O0.5g/L, dye-fixing agent2g/L,with liquor ratio1:50,pH value3,100℃,60min.Fourthly, performances of the cotton-like polyester knitted fabrics were tested and analyzed,the performances mainly include thermal-wet comfort, mechanical properties, appearance andstyle of the fabrics. Specific indicators had moist heat resistance, moisture resistance, conductivity,air permeability and moisture permeability, bursting strength, pilling resistance, drapability andsoftness of the knitted fabrics, etc. We conclude that cooling-mica fabric has good performance,especially cool performance.Fifthly, the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive judgement was used to evaluate theheat-moisture comfortability of four cooling-mica knitted fabric, and finally we received that plainstitch owns the optimal heat-moisture comfortability and is best fitted to develop knitted products.Finally, according to the conclusions above and the requirements of knitted apparel market,this paper developed some cool polyamide filament knitted fabrics in spring and summer, whichmainly include T-shirt, thin lingerie, motorcycle garment and so on. All of these meet theconsumers’ demands for knitted apparel products which is healthy, comfortable and highcost-effective. |
