Cement production is a continuous process,because of equipment malfunction caused the whole production line for cement production enterprise that is very serious loss. Therefore,the key equipment of production line of on-line monitoring is very important. It can detect the abnormal situation of equipment for prevention and maintenance of equipment in time.First,the paper gives an overview of the present situation at home and abroad of the equipment on-line monitoring system and its application status in the Cement Industry. Combined with some existing problems in cement enterprise, the paper analyzes the importance of developed on-line monitoring system. Further analysis of the cement production process and the key equipment , then flow with cement enterprises demand analysis gives the system should have real-time monitoring, state recognition, overrun alarm and trend forecast functions.Second,the paper uses the time domain analysis and case analysis to judge the operation status of equipments. The time analysis domain includes the waveform analysis and statistics analysis of the time domain. By setting the threshold for each statistic to detect the state of them, then combined them to judge the operation status of equipments. Besides, the paper describes il the case library description and organizational structure in detail. With comparing the characteristic of case library to judge the state of the equipments.Last,we choose 9000A accelerometer and enwatch 16 channels data acquisition produced by Rockwell in the part of hardware. The paper used LabVIEW to complete the system development. After completion of parameters settings, vibration signals will be sent to PC by Ethernet to analysis, finally the needed data can be stored in the SQL Server database. |
