This paper mainly Zhahanaoer surface mine blasting rock stairs unreasonablearguments, lead to some good effect of blasting rock blasting area, some rock blasting areais not ideal, high boulder yield, low blast volume, high consumption, thus affectingeconomic mine. Mainly in the mine rock steps, coarse sandstone, mudstone mainly softrock, blasting every good results, but most of mine blasting rock stairs uniform blastingparameters, without distinction stepped rock formations major ingredients to make blastingeffect It is not yet optimal. Therefore, this article blasting parameters for mine rock steps tooptimize the composition of distinguishing level of the step, the optimal blastingparameters proposed scheme, at little or no cost to maintain the original premise blastingcosts, increase the total amount of each blasting to improve mine economic benefits.In this paper, concrete results are as follows:(1) The literature review, data collection and blasting status of mine geological data;combined with current research, theoretical analysis of the main factors that affect the rockopen pit bench blasting, blasting parameters applied with the mine rock blasting forparameter optimization theoretical foundation.(2) In the laboratory measured rock mechanical properties of different steps andconfiguration data provided by the gradual adjustment holes network parameters, chassisresistance line, explosives consumption data, applied to the field test blasting, bursting toget different results, these data were collected after the as BP neural network optimizationblasting training data model.(3) Analytic Hierarchy Process Analysis weights affect the rock open pit benchblasting effect of the analysis to determine the impact of the main factors of blastingeffects, provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of BP neural network model.(4)The use of live field test data as samples of BP net blasting optimization model,proven model error is within reasonable limits, the model can be used as parameters to optimize the mine bench blasting rock basis.(5) After the model to determine the different strata of rock mechanics parametersstepped ideal blasting effect as the input parameters, output parameters to get optimized;according to the actual situation, after these optimization parameters to fine-tune, andultimately determine the optimal mine different strata blasting parameters; the optimizedparameters are applied to field practice blasting, blasting effects and economic analysisconcluded.Zhahanaoer formation of open pit bench blasting parameter optimization, optimalblasting parameters obtained to improve mine efficiency, thus ensuring maximization ofmine production efficiency. |
