In recent years, technology of coal mining has been developed rapidly, coal mining efficiency has been greatly improved, but the conflict of mining and drivaging in mine construction and production has become increasingly prominent. Due to widespread rock roadway construction progress is slow, severely restrict the development of production of the mine. To improve the efficiency of rock roadway excavation has a very important significance for accelerating the safe and efficient production of mine.At present, the most rock drivage method is still adopted by drilling and blasting method in the domestic. The rock drivage speed is kept at a low level, which made the mining continuing difficult. It mainly exist the following problems:low blasting dimension, cut way needs to be improved; poor shape of roadway; low level of labor organization, etc. These factors severely restricts the efficient production of coal mining enterprises.In order to improve blasting dimension and effect in rock roadway, a new cutting method named different-depth millisecond cutting pattern is proposed. The blasting plan has been optimized, using a combination of different depth millisecond cutting blast and smooth blasting. Practices show that using a combination of different depth millisecond cutting blast and smooth blasting can effectively improve the quality of the construction of rock roadway, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid excavation. The idea can be attributed to "penetration lie in cutting, molding lie in the rim". According to the statistics, the average utilization rate of shothole was93.6%, The depth of same shothole than the original increased by15.4%.Rapid excavation in rock roadway is a systematic and comprehensive technology. To achieve safe and efficient rock drivage depends not only on the degree of modernization of machinery and equipment, but also closely related to drilling, blasting, supporting, gangue transporting and labor organization, In this paper, combined with the actual situation of1033roadway, the analysis and conclusion of the influence factor of rock tunnel drivage with high-efficiency are carried out from the drilling equipment, the construction craft, the construction organization and management, material handling and gangue transportation system, and so on. It effectively promote the development of rapid excavation technology in rock roadway.
