| Pipeline has become the main method of oil and gas transportation,and leakage monitoring system has also become an important link to ensure the operation of pipeline.With the development of pipeline storage and transportation,monitoring system has higher requirements for low cost,portability,real-time and interactivity.A remote terminal unit(RTU)for pipeline leakage monitoring system is studied,which includes the software and hardware design,experimental verification,etc.(1)A low-power and portable RTU hardware system for pipeline leakage monitoring is designed.It includes signal conditioning module,power supply module and data interaction module.The experimental platform of pipeline leakage monitoring is built to test the functions of RTU,such as data collection,data interaction,time synchronization,communication under abnormal network,historical data backfill,etc.It is verified that the real-time and integrity of RTU data acquisition and transmission meet the requirements of system.(2)The RTU software system is designed based on Linux operating system.The drivers,application programs and user interface are designed to realize functions of data acquisition,data storage and data transmission.The method of dynamically creating threads is proposed to backfill historical data multiple times when network is abnormal.The web interface designed based on c JSON enables users to set RTU’s network,channel,time,etc.The RTU has the advantages of convenient system configuration,real-time data collection and complete data transmission,and meets the requirements of leakage monitoring for time accuracy,data integrity and real-time.(3)A leakage estimation model of incompressible fluid based on pressure gradient is proposed.Finite element simulation and pipeline leakage experiment based on RTU are carried out.The experiment verified the relationship between leakage of incompressible fluid and pressure change in pipeline before and after leakage.It shows that the RTU developed in this thesis is suitable for pipeline leakage monitoring system. |
