| Special polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe, which make up for the lackof ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe and has a wide range of application. Specialpolyethylene composite pipe production line is composed with the wire winding machine,extrusion machine, feeder, main tractor, vice tractor and a variety of electrical equipments. Inorder to ensure the production safety of production line, avoid accidents, and improve theeconomic efficiency and security of the production line, we need to carry out securityanalysis on the production line and to design a high reliability system.Safety system is a system that provide security protection for production unit in thedriving, parking, process disturbances, normal maintenance, and the operation.Once thedevice is dangerous or risk occurs, the system immediately react and output correct signal,making the device stop in safe, in order to prevent the accident proliferation and dangerousoccurrence, to avoid potential danger, reduce the risk that personnel, equipment and theenvironment may be exposed to.The paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to analyze production line system security, to identify all the factors that affect thesafe operation of the production line, and to determine the weight of its impact. We need toidentify the threats of production line, such as the danger of the production line equipmentwhich is not installed with security guards, and security risks in emergency stop system. Forthese security risks, we use B&R’s integrated safety control technology, and use the B&RSL8000as safety controller, B&R SI4100as input module, B&R SO4110as output module,and use POWERINK safety bus to transmit data, constituting a safety control system. Thesystem combine POWERLINK communication card with the original control system toconstitute a safety control system to improve the safety and economic benefits of the production line.Finally, the paper uses the Markov model to make a reliability analysis of the design ofthe safety system, and come to the graph on reliability of the safety systems changing overtime, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the reliability design of the controlsystem. |
