In order to meet the production requirements ofmodern oil drilling equipment, in-depth study of automatic drilling control system hasimportant significance. In addition, digital AC frequency conversion technology as thedeveloping direction of electric rig electric drive system, has been increasingly applied in oildrilling rig.Based on the research of the automatic drilling system, this paper set up an automaticdrilling control system simulation platform, and has carried on the check to everymechanical’s part, at the same time, established the Simulink model of AC variable frequencymotor control system. Control system adopts Siemens S7-200series PLC as main controlcomponent, and write the acquisition program of drilling pressure and rotary speed, controlalgorithm and output transformation program; through WinCC configuration software to writethe interactive interface, through WinCC real-time communication with PLC to intuitivelyshow the current wob and rotary speed, can also through the interactive interface to setvarious parameters.Finally, this article through automatic drilling simulation experiment, verified thefeasibility of the established control system, achieved the desired goals, AC frequencyconversion control system simulation model has good versatility, users only need to changethe parameters of the motor can be used for required system, has certain help to the theoryresearch variable frequency speed regulation system. |
