Duirng drilling,automatic bit-feeding system can regulate the drilling pressure. Themore commonly used as a constant dirlling way.It means that should maintain the dirllingpressure when drilling.With the improvement of drilling technology, constant drilling way cannot meet the dirlling requirements.We hope WOB can be adjusted according to the drillingprocess requirements and formation change. It will improve the drilling eiffciency of the dirlland reduce dirlling costs.According to the weakness of Traditional drill pressure optimization way’this paperdesign the WOB optimize automatic bit-feeding system. Create a dynamic dirlling modelbased on drilling costs,it will use different data processing,in different formation dirlling.The solution to the cost target function parameter to be optimized was achieved usingnonlinear regression theory according to the dynamic cost target function established and thereal-time data collected in actual dirlling. At last,Simulation in MATLAB/Simuiinkenvironment. The optimization shows that the optimized WOB dirlling method effectivelylengthens the service life of the bit,erduces the dirlling costs.In order to solve the problem of Delay, nonlinear, uncertainty in rig control process, thepaper also designed the WOB fuzzy controller. Simulation results show that WOB fuzzycontroller has better tracking performance.
