As the economic development of the Shandong province, the demand and consumptionof the gas have increasingly risen to a high level. The construction of the Jinan-Qingdao gaspipeline can greatly relieve this situation. Make a brief analysis of the systematic processresearch concerning the construction of the Jinan-Qingdao gas pipeline project.According to the current situation of the Shandong pipeline net, establish a physicalmodel using the TGNET software, and make simulation and analysis concerning the wholeShandong pipeline net, with outcome of the calculation result of the pressure distribution. Theresults proves that, in the condition of these three time joint, both the diameter of DN800andDN900can satisfy the requirements of the pipeline transportation gas throughput, while theDN700cannot meet the demand of the long term condition of the gas pipeline. The thesismakes a recommendation that the DN800is the appropriate choice under the design pressurecondition.Make some recommendations on the basis of the analysis result and adaptability analysisthat shorten the pipe length of the Tianjin LNG auxiliary pipeline segment, and set severalcorresponding stations to improve the function of the Shandong gas pipeline net. |
