The present paper through to the One hundred and two sewage station site sampling,field test, the sewage treatment of various structures of the field investigation, and on the newsewage treatment technology research, water treatment process selection and provide atheoretical basis and experimental data. The sewage system, water outlet respectively waterquality testing, analysis of the current system for the reason of corrosion and scale, were anew sewage treatment technology testing and screening of fungicides. Study of the existingsewage treatment process problems, and analysis of its causes, according to the researchconclusion, proposed the improvement scheme to improve water quality, solve the corrosionand scaling problems, improve the processing system. In this paper by using the maintechnical principle of electrochemical pre oxidation technology态Suspended Sludge Filtrationand quality modification technique. Using" electrochemical oxidation+Suspended SludgeFiltration+filtering process sewage", in addition to a tank oil removal after electrochemicaloxidation device to realize the water quality stable, kill bacteria, reduce the sewage corrosion,and then by Suspended Sludge Filtration tank to further remove oil and suspended solids,after two grade filter water to achieve the B2level standard.The purpose of this research is to One hundred and two sewage station water qualitycharacteristics and the blocks of the geological requirement, in the rational transformation ofraw sewage station based on the selection of advanced, mature, reliable, new technology,screening of targeted agents and new technology to improve the quality of a station, and solvethe problem of corrosion scale problem, implementation of oilfield injection water quality,prolong the service life of equipment and pipelines, meet Xin Dong west of water flooddevelopment unifinication management needs, improve oilfield development benefit andeconomic benefit.
