With the main source of FCC gasoline sulfur content of gasoline for the car, people paymore attention to the deep desulfurization of gasoline. The composition of FCC gasolinesulfur is introduced. The representative technology such as selective hydrodesulfurization,hydrogenation and desulfurization with octane recovery technology, catalytic distillationdesulfurization and adsorption desulfurization technology industry in the application of themain desulfurization technology is described. furthermore,In May2011,Two city of Guangdong Province(Guangzhou, Shenzhen) began topromote the IVgasoline quality standard of Guangdong, in May3,2011, HainanPetrochemical200000tons per year of the device of full fraction gasoline selectivehydrodesulfurization (hereinafter referred to as RSDS-II) is put into production, production ofgasoline product sulfur content of less than100mg/kg, mercaptan sulfur content of less than20mg/kg, has achieved the anticipated target unit revamping, equipmentoperating successfully,Hainan refinery realizes stable harmonic producer the purposeof IV gasoline (Guangdong), the proportion of sulfur in FCC gasoline in gasoline andincreasing requirements for a quality finish, country four gasoline the upgrade. It has reachedthe country four gasoline standards (for sulfur content less than50mg/kg) until December31,2013. In october2013, the adsorption desulfurization of FCC gasoline project (hereinafterreferred to as the "S-Zorb project ") was gone into operation.Thus,this paper is based on technology of RSDS-II and S-Zorb,the two differenttechniques are compared, considering the overall economic benefits in order to chooseappropriate desulphurization technology.
