| With the coming of knowledge economy era,the demands of clothing industryinformation are becoming more and more urgent.And combining the parametric design andknowledge engineering together, which can realize intelligent design, can greatly improve theclothing production efficiency, shorten the design cycle of a new season.these comply withthis requirement.And with the improvement of people’s living standard,people have more andmore attention on the beauty,they also need that their clothes be tailored according to theirbodies in the market.However,at present,people still use the national standard to makingclothing garment industry, which can not meet the market demand of consumer selfaesthetic.The research of combining the human body size and the computer software is still atthe stage of exploration.The research-the design of the functional, fit,recognition of jackets ata platform is rare at home and abroad.Based on the process of designing and making female jacket pattern, tacit and explicitknowledge in the production process are collected;and then the mathematical relationshipmodel,which can be identified with the computer,is established;and on this basis, usingdelphi7language programming to achieve the model automatically generated,lastly,the jacketwhose pattern is gotten on the platform is tried and evaluated with professional software.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The problems which are in the process of designing and making female jacket patternare putted forward; The status of garment curve fitting and knowledge driven application aresummarized;The purpose and significance of the research of jackets pattern designed systembased on knowledge platform driven;(2) The relevant concepts, the implementation of the general process and realizationmethod drive for knowledge are summarized;The technology of garment pattern parametersare discussed in detail;The body measurement techniques are reviewedï¼› These providetheoretical and technical support for the paper;(3) The outlineã€decoration designã€the collarã€sleevesã€pockets, zipper of the type of thejacket are analyzed and summed,which provides the jacket knowledge for the knowledgedriven system platform,and the realization methods of the tacit knowledge and explicitknowledge of the the jacket pattern design in the system platform has carried on thepreliminary exploration;(4) A part of the human body data is measured by body measurement system, and theScanworks software was used to extract data, as the system platform established human body database;(5) Based on Delphi7language,the parametric rules of jacket pattern design arebuilt,as a case,the parameterized rules of the pattern of a female jacket is written,and theyare tried out in the system;(6) The samples of the jacket is made and tried on, the fitting effect is evaluated with themethod of crevice volume.Based on the research and implementation of this system,the design knowledge of thejacket pattern can be effectively managed.It also make the design knowledge of the jacketpattern shared and reused fully.The system improves the efficiency of the making the jacketpattern and will also play a positive role in reducing waste of manpower and materialresources in the enterprise. |
