| Several cities in China in recent years, the area of middle frequent serious hazeweather, the regional haze pollution is a serious impediment to the economic and socialdevelopment of our country, the people’s physical and mental health and so on all posea serious threat.Fog haze weather "culprit" is the concentration of PM2.5exceeds bidbadly, thus PM2.5has become the city’s primary atmospheric pollutants widespreadattention by people.PM2.5refers to the aerodynamic diameter in the air of not greaterthan2.5micron particles, also known as inhaled lung particles, the higher this valuerepresents the more serious air pollution, human once inhaled concentration of largerparticles, elements, and respiratory tract directly to the lungs into the alveoli, in thelong term, the consequence is unimaginable.However makes the main reason for theincreasing toxic particles in the atmosphere is the degree of different regions coalemissions, industrial pollution, motor vehicle exhaust, civil environmental protectionconsciousness weak, and the increase of dust, etc., caused by atmospheric energyimbalance, produce haze weather.Success at home and abroad in this paper, in combination with dealing with fogdisaster, on the basis of research results, based on the above mentioned production ineastern central China five categories of the major causes of smog pollution cause hazeanalysis to construct the quantitative index classification standard, and selection inrecent years in our country are affected by haze serious several provinces and cities,such as, Beijing, hebei, shandong, jiangsu, zhejiang, Shanghai, hubei, hunan andguangdong province, central and eastern regions as the research haze pollutionevaluation index, build to respond effectively to the haze pollution evaluation indexsystem, thus to our country frequent recent regional haze pollution status summary,analysis of causes of the fog disaster;For all kind of reasons, the information entropytheory to its quantification as evaluation index, this paper studies the evaluationindicators of clear cause haze pollution after strive to build a long-term, comprehensiveand suitable to China’s basic national conditions of multiple cooperating pollutantemissions to haze pollution index system;On the basis of the theory of unascertainedmeasure for comprehensive evaluation of this system running effect analysis, finallysummarizes the targeted strategy for the prevention and control of fog disaster..Therefore, to build effective coping mechanism of fog disaster system, to reduce the incidence rate of China’s regional haze, not only can improve air quality of humanliving space, protect the human body health, and to improve road traffic andagricultural production and so on all has great realistic significance, finally can makepeople have more harmonious living environment. |
